About Micah's Light & Brew
Our Story
Our coffee cart was born from a passion for creating special moments and building meaningful connections within our community. We have 3 beautiful children God has blessed us with but our little boy Micah is the reason behind our passion; he suffers with seizures and is nonverbal but Micah’s story isn’t just about struggles—it’s about resilience, hope, and joy. He’s shown us that even on the hardest days, there’s always something to be grateful for. That’s what we aim to spread through our business—gratitude, love, and community. Serving others as Jesus Christ serves us! We believe that serving others and spreading kindness can make a big difference, and here it all starts with a cup of coffee made with love. Micah’s resilience, strength, and sweet spirit have taught us that even in the midst of life's greatest challenges, there is always room for joy.
Our goal has always been to serve with intention and thoughtfulness.
